When posting, you can hide parts of your content and require readers to meet certain conditions (reply or log in) before viewing. This is commonly used for resource sharing, giveaways, and similar scenarios.
Pay-to-view is currently switched off: the editor no longer offers the button and nothing can be bought. Paid content published earlier stays visible to its buyers and the author; everyone else sees a “no longer for sale” notice.

Pricing Rules

  • The amount is in Energy, defaults to 100, and can be at most 10,000.
  • The amount goes inside the tag: [pay amount=50]...[/pay].
  • The topic author can always see their own paid content.

Purchase Flow

  1. The reader sees a notice: “This content is only visible to users who have paid N Energy.”
  2. Click “Pay N Energy to view”, confirm, and the payment is deducted immediately while the content is revealed.
  3. The page shows how many people have purchased the content.

Service Fee

When purchasing paid content, the buyer pays an additional service fee, and the rate decreases as your trust level rises: For example, when a Gold member buys content priced at 100 Energy, 105 Energy is actually deducted, and the author receives 100 Energy.
Paid purchases are non-refundable. There is a confirmation prompt before payment — make sure you want the content before buying. If you don’t have enough Energy, you’ll see “You don’t have enough Energy to view this content.”

Usage Tips

  • Reply to view is great for driving engagement, but don’t use it for meaningless content — overuse will be treated as spamming.
  • Pay to view works best for genuinely valuable resources, tutorials, invite slots, and the like.
  • Don’t put rule-breaking content in hidden tags — moderators can view all hidden content.
